The first growl one was from a remake I download from youtube with a project. Massive with a WOW Filter on it. Ill make a post with it later this week. Sorry if my English is Bad, cause i'm Ukrainian. The cutoff's sweet spot for growls seems to be around 10 o' clock with a slight lfo on it. About 2 weeks ago i made a texture that creamed my pants.

Only takes a couple minutes to get some good things out of Massive and Operator once you understand what you're doing for the most part anyways.

Massive with a WOW Filter on it. All made in slrillex and effect rack with ohmicide, ozone exciter, and ableton built in effects. I'll post some examples up soon: Made the fucking Scatta Growl with it.
Then next two were ones based on the effect rack from the remake but i used operator instead of fm8. It's maybe the closest skrillex sound But heres the rest.
Also a scream filter 3. Sytrus does everything I need it to do for sure. I could be wrong but I skrlilex think a basic comb filter has any notch or peak filters.

Nothing fancy, just modulating the sczta of a double notch and the cutoff of the vowel in WOW. I'm kind of getting bored of making growls so I tried someting slightly different I'm using double notch with 2 lfos on it so that it's getting weird modulation.

Seemed pretty nice together. With using different automation ideas and using some built it stuff that no one really uses but is great for certain sounds Ive got nothing to post but im putting up a link to the fm8 growl thread because i made a massive post on Fm synthesis and some fm8 tuts ive found and think it pretty useful information for growls and the actual design process in fm instead of randomly moving knobs till you get an ok sound.
